"Impakt IQ was built from 20+ years first-hand operating experience from within global multinational business, as a consultant, at the table developing sustainability frameworks with standard setters, investors and the UN - not from the reporting side looking in.
After years as a senior executive working with some of the world’s largest brands down to start-ups, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: critical sustainability and operational risks were real, financially material, and visible across the business - but they were managed in silos and disconnected from core management systems.
Teams were working hard. But the system architecture was wrong.
Finance managed the P&L. Operations managed execution. Sustainability teams tracked impacts. Risk was assessed in fragments. Leadership lacked one integrated view of what was shaping resilience, performance, and future value. If you couldn’t prove short term ROI you were pushed to the side.
In 2020, I began building the business framework behind what became Impakt IQ with one objective: help companies manage themselves more holistically—more like ecosystems than silos—so they can improve profitability, resilience, and relevance at the same time.
