Elisa is a recognized thought leader on ESG and sustainable business models. She advises business leaders on evolving their businesses to become profitable impact organizations – helping them understand and harness the holistic interconnections between risk, reward and impact.
She has been recognized “As A TOP 50 Leader” by the World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, listed by Gartner as a top 5 "Cool Vendors" in Sustainable Business Solutions and was a member of the United Nations Global Compact Business Leader’s Summit on Sustainable Business Solutions. She has collaborated with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, Global Reporting Initiative, CDP and served as a speaker on sustainable business models for industry conferences.
Elisa has worked as a subject matter specialist for large consulting firms, directly with companies such as: De Beers, Ralph Lauren, Cushman & Wakefield, Walmart, Guess Jeans, Paul Smith, Oxford Industries, Canada Post, McCann Worldgroup in addition to not-for-profit organizations, and international governments. She and has led teams and start-ups entering new markets, helped organizations launch programs and products ensuring they are based on impact business models for the future.
Prior to her focus on impact business models, Elisa worked globally in the C-Suite of some of the world's most recognized consumer brands. This was her inspiration to prove there was a more sustainable path forward.
Elisa’s passions are: preserving the traditions of cowboy culture, working with horses, collaborating with other like-minded people to create a better world for the next generation. Elisa currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Accounts & Administrative Partner
Louise has spent the last 15 years of her career as an accounts and administrative executive for profit and non-profit organizations, and her passion is being able to bridge the two. During this time, her interest in sustainability and ESG impact has grown, leading her to focus her career on working within organizations whose purpose, practice and missions are in alignment with hers.
Prior to moving to the US, Louise was living and working in the United Kingdom, where latterly she was part of a founding team for a business intelligence start-up
in London, helping to take it from a staff of 3 to close to 50 during her 8-year tenur.
In her spare time, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and son, along with their beagle, Ellie-Mae, hiking, camping and enjoying everything that the San Francisco Bay Area outdoor life has to offer.
Legal Counsel & Secretary
Before forming his own firm, Mr. Johansson spent 19 years (14 as of counsel and partner) in international law firms, including Coudert Brothers and K&L Gates. He has extensive experience in legal and business aspects of international business transactions.
He represents U.S.-based and international public and private companies, as well as investors, in connection with corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and international business transactions.
He works with clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, fintech, telecom, data analytics, information technology, software, medical device, nanotechnology, clean technology, and viniculture.
Mr. Johansson actively counsels boards of directors, special committees, and management executives with respect to corporate governance, fiduciary duties, strategic issues, privacy issues, securities laws, and general corporate and business matters.
Mr. Johansson is a frequent speaker and panelist on subjects related to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and international business transactions.
